Bols Kirsch – 700ml

Description

Bols Kirsch is made from fermented and distilled cherries. It is a clear liqueur flavoured with real cherry juice from the famous Schwarzwalder cherries.

Schwarzwalder cherries are called Kirsch and are found in Germany. It is not as well known as it once was in cocktail circles, but professionals still appreciate the subtle differences between Kirsch and a regular Cherry Brandy liqueur.

The more aggressive bite of the Kirsch comes through in a mix, and Kirsch has the lowest sugar content of any Bols liqueur, making it almost closer to an eau-de-vie than a liqueur.
