Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, please kindly let us know by email at: email@example.com and we will do everything we can (within reason) to resolve the issue.
- No refunds, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once the bottles are delivered and delivery has been accepted.
- If you need to exchange an item due to wrong product delivered to you, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +852 53 167 167.
- To process your return due to wrong product delivery, we require your order number, valid reason for the return, and receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back without prior notice.
- The rights to the final decision on processing returns and refunds will be with us.
- Free delivery to any MTR station/s.
- Free Delivery for order above HKD 699.
- Delivery charges 50-80 HKD for order below HKD 699.
1. DIALADRINK.COM.HK may outsource its deliveries to external contractors, we do not guarantee any timeframe to our deliveries but it is our priority to deliver your goods as early as possible. DIALADRINK.COM.HK is not liable for the time it takes to deliver, nor does it take responsibility to deliver within a time frame.
2. We are not liable for any damages made by the delivery process, to any person or to any properties or possessions.
3. Because the products are fragile, we will replace any damages incurred to the products during the journey to the Buyer, so we request the buyer to check the products before signing off the parcel after that we are not responsible for any damages. Once the Buyer signs off on the parcels, the products are now the possession and responsibility of the Buyer. DIALADRINK.COM.HK will not be responsible for any damages incurred to the products thereafter.
